1. Fixed Prices

The fixed prices apply to one-way transfers from the designated pick-up areas. If multiple pick-up locations are requested, an additional charge will apply based on the extra distance travelled and the additional time required.

A surcharge of €25.00 applies to transfers between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., as well as on Sundays and public holidays in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The surcharge does not apply when both the outbound and return transfers are booked at the same time.

2. Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled transfer.
For bookings made less than 14 days before the scheduled transfer, the full amount is due immediately.
Payment is considered received only once it has been credited to our account.

3. Additional Services

If you would like us to accompany you to, or meet you at, the check-in counter or departure gate, an additional fee of €30.00 plus any applicable parking charges will apply.

4. Return Transfer & Meeting Point
If you have booked a return transfer, your driver will meet you at the agreed meeting point at your arrival terminal.

5. Flight Details

The flight details provided at the time of booking are considered binding. Any changes to your flight number, departure time, or arrival time must be communicated to us immediately.

Transfers at revised times are subject to vehicle availability. If we are unable to accommodate the requested changes, no cancellation fees will be charged.

6. Waiting Time

The first hour of waiting time after your flight's scheduled landing time is included in the transfer price.

After the first hour, an additional charge of €5.00 applies for every commenced 10-minute waiting period. Any parking charges incurred during the waiting time will also be charged.

If we do not receive a phone call from you after your flight has landed, our waiting obligation ends one hour after the scheduled landing time. After that, we can no longer guarantee the transfer.

7. Luggage Policy

Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one item of hand luggage at no additional charge.
Additional luggage, walking aids, and pushchairs/strollers can be transported free of charge if requested in advance.

Larger items, such as bicycles, golf bags, or similar equipment, can be transported for an additional charge upon prior request.

8. Cancellation by the Customer

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• Up to and including 30 days before the scheduled transfer:
30% of the agreed transfer price
• 29 to 15 days before the scheduled transfer:
50% of the agreed transfer price
• 14 to 2 days before the scheduled transfer:
80% of the agreed transfer price
• From the day before the scheduled transfer, on the day of the transfer, or in the event of a no-show:
100% of the agreed transfer price

Any reservation fee already paid will be deducted from the applicable cancellation charges.
If the cancellation charges exceed the reservation fee paid, the remaining balance must be paid.
The customer reserves the right to demonstrate that no loss, or a substantially lower loss, has been incurred.

9. Customer Responsibility for Booking Information

We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect information provided by the customer, such as incorrect flight numbers or flight times.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, such as severe weather conditions or other unforeseen traffic-related events, except where liability is required by applicable law.

11. Liability

Our liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions of German law.
