Each vehicle comfortably accommodates up to 5 passengers, together with their bicycles and luggage.
For larger groups, we can provide multiple vehicles and transport up to 20 passengers with their bicycles and luggage, subject to availability.

Booking, Weather & Cancellation Information

1. What's Included

The agreed transfer price includes one bicycle (including e-bikes), one suitcase, and one pannier bag per passenger.
Heavier bicycles or additional luggage must be requested in advance and require prior approval.

2. Departure Times
Departure times are arranged individually to suit your travel plans.
Unless otherwise agreed, departures from Koblenz are usually at 9:00 a.m.

3. Booking & Reservation Fee

Your transfer booking is confirmed once the agreed reservation fee has been received.
The reservation fee is 30% of the agreed total price.
It secures your booking and enables us to schedule vehicles and drivers. The full amount will be deducted from the total transfer price.

4. Cancellation by the Customer

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• Up to and including 30 days before the scheduled transfer:
30% of the agreed transfer price
• 29 to 15 days before the scheduled transfer:
50% of the agreed transfer price
• 14 to 2 days before the scheduled transfer:
80% of the agreed transfer price
• From the day before the scheduled transfer, on the day of the transfer, or in the event of a no-show:
100% of the agreed transfer price

Any reservation fee already paid will be deducted from the applicable cancellation charges.
If the cancellation charges exceed the reservation fee paid, the remaining balance must be paid.
The customer reserves the right to demonstrate that no loss, or a substantially lower loss, has been incurred.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Whether a reservation fee already paid will be credited towards a new booking is decided on a case-by-case basis. There is no legal entitlement to such a credit.

6. Weather Conditions'

Weather conditions, such as rain, heat, or wind, do not constitute a defect in the transport service.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer due to weather conditions, it will be treated as a standard cancellation, and the agreed cancellation charges will apply.

7. Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled transfer.

For bookings made less than 14 days before the scheduled transfer, the full amount is due immediately.
Payment is considered received only once it has been credited to our account.

8. Liability

Our liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions of German law.
